If you get it, only install it on a "spare" box or plan on cleaning the
hard drive and going back to what you had loaded before. KDE 4.0 ISN'T
anywhere near ready for prime time - way too many bugs and features
missing like not being able to hide the taskbar.....based on the 64-bit
live CD I played with. I fear that KDE 4.0 won't be ready for the June
16th release date. It would be MUCH better if 11.0 doesn't go "gold"
until KDE 4.0 is solid and ALL features are present and there's NO
glitches with any of the software that anyone has been using under KDE 3.*.
