(connect to myserver.server.net[28.144.16.5]:25: Connection refused) May 5 10:44:48 houston postfix/smtp[5449]: ... (connect to myserver.server.net[28.144.165.5]:25: Connection refused) (note the different ip adresses, 3rd octet)
