Once I get my Cisco problem resolved, I have a question about this
3rd party TLS support in version 2.1. Specifically, I have my per
site policy set to 'MUST'. Since my server cannot see the STARTTLS
offer from the remote, why is it sending the messages rather then
queuing them? Isn't that what 'MAY' is supposed to do? What is the
difference between 'MUST' and 'MAY' or it this a bug? If a bug, is
there a way to deal with it? Thanks.
