I believe anvil is what watches and controls connection limits and rates?

Is there any way to change the default behavior of a 4.x.x message
back to an offending server into just giving them a black hole?

I used to control this behavior with 'pf' under openbsd, but
currently I am forced to rely on postfix for monitoring connection
controls. It's working fine but I would prefer to just go silent
(like pf does) vs sending back a 4.x.x message.

Is this possible?

thanks,

-JD
