Hi,

How can I configure Postfix to use hashed mail spool files, e.g. put
mail for rpeterson in /var/mail/r/p/rpeterson?

I found some older Postfix references via google that mentioned
'mail_spool_hash_create' and 'mail_spool_hash_depth', but those
directives don't appear in the current documentation (that I've found
anyway).

I'm assuming the functionality is still there, but that there's a
different way to go about it.
