Postfix 2.3 and newer will use DSN status to attempt to
suppress any bounce. As long as the mail doesn't pass through
anything that strips the DSN (such as a content_filter, or
another MTA, or a non-postfix delivery agent that generates
its own bounces) there will be no bounce.
