The NULL envelope sender is a legitimate address and must not be
blocked. See
http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/policy-dsn.php

You need to check your logs to find why the bounce was sent.

You must implement recipient validation correctly. mail to invalid
recipients must be rejected at the edge of your network: It must be
rejected at SMTP time when the client is not yours. Please read the
BACKSCATTER README.
