Hello,
I have a Postfix installation which uses Cyrus-SASL for SMTP Auth. A
customer wants that his users, using e-mail clients like "The Bat", stop
changing the "From:" header, forging the "from" address.
Let's say, the user john (authenticated with his real login
and password) changes the From: field to peter and sends the
email to victim, making the Victim user to think that he's
getting email from peter (when the real sender was
john).
Is there any way to stop this with Postfix?
Thanks in advanced.
