Hello,

I installed the Postfix 2.4.3 RPM from the place that was suggested on
this mailing list, and when I tail the logs I see this:

Jul 23 17:50:07 pel postfix/smtpd[3951]: warning: dict_nis_init: NIS
domain name not set - NIS lookups disabled
Jul 23 17:50:07 pel postfix/smtpd[3951]: warning: smtpd_sasl_auth_enable
is true, but SASL support is not compiled in

I'm using LDAP to authenticate - isn't NIS different from LDAP? If
so/not - how do I fix the NIS warning message?

Also, is SASL needed for LDAP authentication?
