Hash: SHA1 I guess I'm a little confused about how address verification works. What I'm trying to achieve is only have address verification for domains in my $transport_maps - essentially to avoid certain backscatter attacks. (I do smart MX hosting for several domains firewalled from the outside world, I'm open to suggestions of a better way to do this but it works well:-)). Currently: transport_maps = mysql:/etc/postfix/transport.cf (it's a MySQL database of standard transport maps, nothing fancy). If I'm reading the verification README right, I'm supposed to replace this with address_verify_transport_maps. When I do this, however it appears to be trying to deliver anything locally. Conclusion: I'm doing it wrong. What am I missing?
