Is there a way to force Postfix to apply its PIX workarounds
(the delay_dotcrlf in my case) for a broken remote server,
without having the characteristic PIX symptomps seen
in its SMTP greeting?

I tried with smtp_pix_workaround_maps with no success, but
I assume it only applies when a PIX firewall with smtp fixup
is suspected to be on the remote side.
