Subject:monitoring emails for a particular user

I am looking for a way to monitor emails related to a specific user, inbound
is not particularly challenging, a simple alias takes care of that.

However, what about emails the user is sending? What are my options for
copying these to someone else - discretely.

Maybe I am not looking in the appropriate place of the docs?

We're using a rather minimal setup with MySQL, courier pop3/imap,
amavis+smapassassin, postgrey and PostfixAdmin.
I would like to be able to accomplish this task with as little changes to
the system as possible.

Thanks!
