Hello Guys, I know this must have been answered before ... but i couldnt find through the archives. So, let's go .... Im using body_checks for having some PCRE rules for rejecting some attachments, based on extensions. Simple rules, can be found in several tutorials over the net. But i have noticed that after hitting a rule on my PCRE file (reject is logged on maillog), the message is still transfered until it ends, thus NOT saving the bandwidth i would like to be saving with my audio/video files blocking. Question ... is this behavior OK ? I mean, receive the email until its end even when a REJECT was reached on body_checks ? If it's OK/required by RFC .... is there some postfix parameters to immediate REJECT and closes SMTP connection, even if that's RFC non-compliant behavior ? -- Atenciosamente / Sincerily, Leonardo Rodrigues Solutti Tecnologia http://www.solutti.com.br Minha armadilha de SPAM, NÃO mandem email gertrudes My SPAMTRAP, do not email it
