Subject:(noob-newbie here) Configuring postfix to be used in order to send bug reports to debian.org

Hi all,
How do I configure postfix in order to send bug reports to
debian.org? I have made a detailed post at
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=2463091 showing each step I have
taken. I just need to be able to send bug-reports via e-mail but that's it.
Frankly postfix should be made fool-proof but that not being the case :) can
somebody guide me over there. I do not wish to receive e-mail but just to
send. At the present moment no firewall is being used.
Also there are couple of wishlist/usability bugs about postfix
itself when using dpkg -reconfigure postfix (seems to be using ncurses)
where do I post about that? Thanx for your time.
