SAYS -
"To apply the different levels of a list-numbered paragraph style:
1. Type the first paragraph and apply the List 1 style. Notice that
the level-1 list number is added automatically. "
For me, that does not happen.
I can apply any of the List styles, and nothing at all happens to the
paragraph UNTIL I go up to the /d/u/m/m/y/ ... er... tool bar and click
"Numbering On/Off"
I'd love it if the styles would just apply themselves when they are
applied.
How do I get that to work?
