interesting they have some kind of rename Flash 9 player
BBC Media Player v2.2.1773

About Adobe Flash Player 9..
is what I see with properties on the item with the graphic play button
kind of starts with the frame dropped down but does not play video.
Anyone don't have much/any luck with Flash Player 9 on Vista Basic
using Minefield.
