How can I style the font used by Firefox's error page, like when you type
in a non-existing domain

https://bugzilla.mozilla.or/

or there's no connection to the internet or connection time out, etc.

Whatever this page is, it doesn't seem like a regular web page because
when I hit view source the same page comes up again. I can't use Firebug
to inspect because it's disabled.

I put this in userChrome.css

* {font-family: Verdana !Important;}

but it has no effect.

Putting the same in userContent.css works, but this changes ALL the fonts
and I want to be more specific.

The reason I need to do this is there's a font-handling bug in Firefox 3
beta that causes all UI (menus, dialogs) to come out as garbage on my
system. My workaround is to change the font in userChrome. This works
on everything except the error page and tooltip for toolbuttons.
