As far as I know, installing the WMP Firefox plugin places the
np-mswmp.dll file into the 32-bit default Firefox location, e.g.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\", so I'd say that's
why it works with your regular Firefox.

If you don't have a np-mswmp.dll file in the plugins folder of
Minefield, e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Minefield\plugins\", then
copy the np-mswmp.dll file from the Firefox plugins folder and paste
it into the Minefield plugins folder.
