How does one add the functionality of the OpenBook extension to
UserChrome.css?

I've been able to add the "Keyword" to the Add Bookmark Dialog with this:

#keywordRow { display: -moz-grid-line !important; }

#addBookmarkDialog #expander {
display: none !important;
}
#folder-tree {
visibility: visible !important;
max-height: 30em !important;
}

}

Any thoughts on "Location", "Description", etc.?
