I didn't write that my company wrote the issue tracking software, just
that they are using it. The company that wrote the issue tracking
software is using a third party add-inn text/html editor:

http://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet/controls/editor/overview.aspx

I already contacted contacted the company that wrote the issue
tracking software and they could not help me.

If you have any information about Firefox ( that I didn't already
mention ) that I could use to keep the software above from taking over
the context menu let me know

Thanks in advance
