Most consider Alexa to be spyware, so just removing the toolbar may not be enough, run an app like Spybot Search and Destroy to remove that which it may have installed without the user knowing it. B, as an aside, please bottom post in the groups on this server, it is the group preference. In addition, I notice that your newsreader, Outlook Express, did not strip Irwin's sig, as it should have.
