I've tried to consolidate Add-ons, etc. to reduce the number of lines with
icons, etc., because these lines are taking up more and more space.

When I use the toolbar customizer, I can remove icons, then move them onto
another line. But when the line I am taking them from becomes blank, how do
I delete that blank line?
