Two questions...

1) Is there an extension that will notify me when a pop-up wants to pop
and let me choose if I want to see it or not?

2) I have disabled FF's pop-up blocker yet pop-ups are still blocked. Is
there an extension that blocks them (as a secondary effect) that I'm not
aware of?
