Yeah, that's the other pref I was thinking of. It should limit the
number of pages that can redisplay instantly to 50.

That was the pref name in a couple of prerelease versions, but was
superseded by browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers. In case you
actually have browser.sessionhistory.max_viewers set, that pref should
be removed.

Other than that, I'm afraid I'm out of ideas that might help.
