Neither can I. Maybe it's been removed? I can set "sort by" at top and
"results per page" at bottom but that's about all.

Thanks. Clicking my email address (login name) was the counterintuitive step
I'd missed.

Yes, I've understood that. When you publish a new addon it goes into the
sandbox, and after testing it may become public if the assessment is positive.
Well, I guess if the process becomes too lead-laden we can always switch to
http://www.extensionsmirror.nl/ (or somewhere).
