Apparently, the old URL does not exist anymore, but the 404 redirect is
also wrong (it redirect to //lists/ which some browsers apparently
interpret as http://lists/). http://www.isc.org/ops/lists/ is the
overview of lists these days (with
http://www.isc.org/index.pl?/ops/lists/ being the right redirect).
